What is a Celebrant exactly?

A celebrant is basically a professional bio writer for your relationship. I write your ceremony from scratch - this is storytelling, not form filling. I take years of your love story and craft a ceremony that feels and sounds, unmistakably you two. This isn’t just “I do” with a few nice words. It’s a celebration of who you are - your love story written with meaning, told with style, and remembered forever.

Are Celebrant-led ceremonies legal?

In the UK, Celebrant-led wedding ceremonies aren’t legally binding (yet). Most couples do the legal bit at the registry office beforehand — quick, simple, and usually around £50. Then we have the real ceremony — the one that feels like you. If you want to sign an ‘unofficial’ certificate for the photos, that’s no problem to arrange.’

Absolutely. I’ll guide you through everything — from the legal bits to vow writing, readings, and how it all flows. I’ve even got the perfect love quotes for your vows. Music’s my thing too — I can help you create your perfect soundtrack and even your first dance song. We’ll make it all feel easy, meaningful, and so you.

How far in advance should we book?

6–12+ months ahead is ideal, but if I’m available, I’ll be there. Don’t hesitate to ask.

What are your fees?

My ceremonies start from £1200 and vary depending on what you're after. I get it — it’s not the cheapest part of your wedding, but it is the most meaningful. This is the moment you marry your person, and I’ll make sure it sounds, feels, and looks unforgettable. Stylish, heartfelt, completely you — I promise, it’s worth it. I offer a free discovery call so we can chat through your vision and what’s included.

How far do you travel?

I will go pretty much anywhere for love! I’m based in the midlands and perform ceremonies in the UK, Ibiza and beyond. Just let me know where and I’ll let you know the travel fee (if any). I’ll bring the playlist and great coffee.

Do you only perform ceremonies in licensed venues?

Not at all. The great thing about a Celebrant-led wedding is that you can get married pretty much anywhere — a beach, a backyard, a warehouse, a mountaintop — I’m all for non-traditional locations that feel like you. The more personal, the better.
